Above prices include all local sales and resort taxes. An inflatable pool waterslide can be delivered and set up for an additional fee of $50.00. The waterslides are available on a "first come - first serve" basis and need to be ordered at the time of reservation.

Optional pool heat is available at a cost of $28.00 per day or $196.00 a week. A minimum charge for pool heat will be $112.00 (4 days)

We do require a 3 night minimum rental period. We do reserve the right to require longer rental periods over certain holidays.

A one time "departure maid service fee" (includes clean up the day of departure and a starter kit of trash bags, soap, etc.,) is payable for any reservations of 6 nights or less:
